clbaji Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between clbaji ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the site, creating an account or using any service, you agree to abide by all of these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

3.2 Consequences of False Age Declaration

If any user opens an account with a false age declaration, that account will be cancelled, all deposited funds will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus has a 25x wagering requirement. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing it. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

clbaji is very vigilant about bonus abuse. Bonuses will be cancelled in the following cases:

• Taking advantage of bonus benefits from the same household or network
• Following unusual betting patterns with bonus funds
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms

5.4 VIP Program

The clbaji VIP Program has 5 tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on overall activity and engagement on the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

clbaji uses technology from trusted game providers to ensure fair and impartial outcomes in all games. All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be influenced by any individual or party.

6.2 Disputes Over Game Results

If the result of any game is inconclusive due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. In cases of issues caused by internet disconnection, server logs will be considered final.

6.3 Provider Policies

clbaji may suspend or close an account in the following cases:
